Langham Hotels - Pasadena
PHOTOGRAPHER
The assignment was to show what it feels like to walk through the Langham for the first time: the exterior and the common spaces a guest might move through in a single day.
I shot at sunrise and walked the property the way a guest might on their first morning there.
I let my interest in design and quality guide me through one shoot. I wanted to approach this how I would a shoot from CRAFT documentaries.
The final set reflects how I like to shoot hospitality: early, unhurried, and led by the space itself.
The Langham rewards slowing down, and I think these photos convey that clearly.
